Lease your way into Alpaca Ownership

Dreaming of owning an alpaca but not quite ready for the space, setup, or upfront cost of starting a herd?

Leasing might be the perfect first step.

For $250 per month (18-month lease), you’ll lease one of our available pregnant females. About 9 months into your lease, your cria (baby alpaca) arrives! You’ll continue leasing mom through the weaning period — and once baby is fully weaned…✨ The baby is forever yours.

After weaning, you have two options:

    •    Continue boarding with us for $200 per month, or

    •    Transition your alpaca into your own herd at home.

Please remember: alpacas are herd animals and cannot live alone. Males and females must be housed separately, and males should be kept with similar-aged males for safety and harmony.

This is a beautiful, hands-on way to grow into alpaca ownership with guidance, support, and a whole farm family cheering you on.
